If you’re looking to return your item, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 21 days of purchase. You can return a product to us for store credit only.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged;
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging;
- Hats must be returned inside a box the same way we sent it to you to avoid being damaged and mis-shaped;
- For health and hygiene reasons some products are not able to be returned – this included socks, jocks and facemasks.
- Returned items must have no signs of wear or use.
Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs when returning your item to us.
Once your return arrives and is processed by our returns team your, store credit code will be emailed through to you, to use straight away!
